LGP's work is consistently interdisciplinary and transnational. Experienced lawyers with a wide range of specialisations from various fields of law, management consultants and tax advisors work together with us to find individual solutions to legal problems for our clients. We examine the various courses of action from the perspective of company law, tax law, commercial law and labour law, clarify which location is optimal for the respective project and, if necessary, also develop operational concepts. In addition, we assume supervisory and control functions in existing structures and advise corporate bodies.
We advise and represent our clients in all corporate and company law matters: from the formation of a company to advising on and structuring M&A transactions, to cross-border financing issues and, if required, accompanying tax advice. Of course, we also assist companies in capital market transactions, be they IPOs or debt issuances, and provide ongoing support to listed companies on current capital market and stock exchange law issues.
