Ainur Zhunussova is a Senior Legal Counsel and a head of LGP Office in Kazakhstan.
Her expertise covers corporate law (M&A, due diligence, regulatory approvals, and contract drafting), tax law (advising Austrian oil companies on Kazakh tax regulations), and arbitration (handling cross-border disputes).
Ainur holds a master’s degree in law from the University of Vienna and Karaganda State University and has worked with leading Austrian and Kazakh law firms, advising multinational clients on a wide range of complex legal matters.
Additionally, Ainur served as Secretary General of the Austrian-Kazakh Society (ÖKG), where she organized B2B meetings, investment seminars, and business conferences to strengthen economic ties between Austria and Kazakhstan.
Ainur is a member of the Astana Bar Association, the Institute of Chartered Compliance Professionals Central Asia (ICA). She is also a registered legal consultant at the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC).
