JUDr. Barbora Lord has been a member of LGP Bratislava since 2011, her areas of practice are civil law, commercial law, corporate and M&A, insolvency and restructuring, labour and employment, and litigation. In 2016 Barbora passed the bar exam (Slovak Bar Association) with distinction (cum laude). She is a graduate of the Law Faculty of Charles University in Prague (Dr. iur., Department of Criminal Law), and the Law Faculty of Masaryk University in Brno (Mgr. iur.). Prior to joining our firm, Barbora Lord worked as a legal assistant at the law office HKP Legal, s.r.o. (formerly: HAGYARI KUBOVIČ & Partners), and at the Government Office of the Slovak Republic. Barbora Lord started her professional career in the Czech Republic, where she worked for a local law firm and the General Directorate of Customs. She speaks Czech, Slovak, English and pre-advanced knowledge of German and basic knowledge of Slovak sign language.
