Lisa-Marie Hörantner, LL.M. joined LANSKY, GANZGER, GOETH + partner (LGP) in June 2022 as an associate and is a member of the corporate team. She specialises in corporate and commercial law as well as tax law and advises national and international clients on corporate and civil law matters, such as company formations, corporate transactions, joint venture projects and reorganisations. Previously, she worked at other law firms, where she dealt in particular with corporate/M&A and tax issues. Lisa-Marie Jamer completed her master's degree in business law at the WU Vienna in 2018, spent a semester abroad in Beijing during her master's degree and passed her bar exam with very good results in May 2022.
