Mgr. Ľubomír Chripko, LL.M., MBA, MPA, MSc. has graduated from the Faculty of Law at the P. J. Šafárik University in Košice, the Pan-European University in Bratislava, Nottingham Trent University / Staffordshire University. He has also completed postgraduate and other professional (management) studies in law (Commercial Law in the EU, Business Law & Ethics), management, Artificial Intelligence, Deep and Machine Learning, International Relations and Diplomacy, etc. He is currently expanding his postgraduate education at University College Prague (international relations and diplomacy). Prior to joining our law firm, he has been working as a senior lawyer in other large law firms. Ľubomír is an expert in many legal areas, mainly constitutional law, civil law, commercial law, corporate law, banking and finance law, employment law, administrative law and bankruptcy law. He specializes in the preparation of the actions and other court petitions, legal analyses, drafting contracts and representing the clients in court proceedings.
