JUDr. MARTIN JACKO is a managing partner at the international firm Lansky, Ganzger, Jacko & Partner, s. r. o. from 2015. He brings to the table an impressive track record in the areas of construction law (including FIDIC), insolvency and restructuring law, compliance, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, public procurement, state aid/investment aid, competition law, as well as international and European law. He focuses on large construction and infrastructure projects (especially in the field of transport - construction of motorways, roads and railways), corporate acquisitions and crisis management at national and international level.
Martin Jacko is very active in the field of compliance, where our company, together with KPMG Slovensko spol. s r.o. and the Slovak-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry, co-founded the largest professional platform of legal entities focus on compliance - the Slovak Compliance Circle (SCC). It was created in 2013 to develop and implement standards and legal aspects of compliance. Martin Jacko is active member of the Board of Directors of SCC for the third term. As SCC's representative on the Rule of Law initiative since 2014, he is connected to the public / government sector and also participates in the legislative process.
Martin is a member of the Council of the Antimonopoly Office of the Slovak Republic, where he participates in deciding on appeals and reviewing decisions outside the appeal procedure, decides on retrial and on the prosecutor's protest in matters decided by the head of the central state administration body under a special regulation.
