Pavel Astakhov has over ten years of experience in law firms and as in-house lawyer. He specialises in cross-border dispute resolution. Pavel has acted as counsel in international arbitration, litigation and has advised clients in complex multi-jurisdictional disputes, including strategic advice, taking of evidence, advocacy, examination and cross-examination, asset tracing, interim measures and enforcement proceedings.
As part of his dispute resolution experience, Pavel has dealt in particular with general commercial, construction, corporate fraud, banking and finance and energy sector. He has also considerable experience in insolvency and sanctions.
